He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad that the waters were quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven.
Psalm 107: 29-30

About Me

I began my private practice in 2010 out of a desire to help walk with people in times of need. I have experienced suffering and know the importance of having people to point us to in the right direction and give us encouragement along the way. When I have met with a counselor, I found it helped me find hope in times of deep pain from loss, helped me cope with life during extreme stress, and helped me establish healthier relationships with the people who are most important to me. I want my professional practice to do the same for others.

Read what former clients say about their counseling experience

  • Becca walked us through our premarital counseling with both gentle understanding and a clear desire to challenge us towards growth. My wife and I felt comfortable with Becca and knew that she was fully invested in equipping us for building our marriage on a solid foundation. We walked away with helpful communication tools and a deeper grasp of ourselves and our relationship. We would recommend her wise and compassionate counseling process to anyone.
  • My sessions with Becca were largely influential in shaping my identity as a young adult. She made me feel really comfortable and free to be myself when I was with her. Becca saw my potential and graciously led me to see God’s bigger plan for my life. I was quickly able to trust Becca and build a strong relationship with her, and always felt like she was my biggest fan!
  • Becca is an incredible counselor. She provided the space and time to help me better understand my past hurts and experiences. She guided me in my healing process as I walked through my past in order to help me experience greater freedom today. She spoke grace and truth into my life as she pointed me towards the person I was designed to be and the person I am becoming. As she helped me name and connect my emotions, I turned my bitterness into thanksgiving. I am very thankful for my time and my journey with Becca!
  • Working with Becca has been an absolute gift. I’ve been to other incredible counselors, but Becca was the first that I felt completely comfortable being vulnerable and emotionally/spiritually exposed with. I think a lot of that is because she treated and spoke to me in a genuine, compassionate, and relatable way that made me feel more like a real person than just a client. Because of this relationship, I’ve experienced growth, healing, inspiration, and the love of the Lord in ways unlike before. It’s very apparent that the Lord created Becca with a gift for imparting wisdom and love in the precise ways I hope a counselor would.
  • Every time I went to visit with Becca, I felt so comfortable. She listens so well and is very understanding. She always would say exactly what I needed to hear and equip me with tools that allowed me to deal with anxiety. I always felt at peace when leaving her office.
  • Counseling with Becca not only gave me hope in a dark and difficult season but it gave me insight in other areas of my life as well. She dug deep into my personality to help me better understand myself and the way I see the world, all the while pointing me towards truth and encouraging me towards actions and resources to help myself. I came to Becca feeling stuck and anxious in my life and left with hope, feeling like I had a clear mind and a better understanding of my emotions and the way God made me.
